RESERVATIONS

Reservations are strongly recommended due to limited seating and high demand.

A $25 per person deposit is required to confirm all reservations. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. After this time, your reservation may be released.

All tables are subject to a 2-hour maximum dining time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

DINING EXPERIENCE

GAIA offers a unique supperclub atmosphere that evolves throughout the evening.

After 10:00 PM, music levels increase and will be above conversational volume. Guests should expect a lively, high-energy environment.

We feature DJs and live entertainment nightly, with the exception of Wednesdays.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be 21 years of age or older after 8:00 PM.

Valid government-issued identification is required for entry.

DRESS CODE

GAIA enforces a strict upscale dress code to maintain the integrity of the experience.

Permitted Attire Includes:

• Fashion-forward, upscale, and evening-appropriate attire

• Collared shirts, tailored tops, dresses, heels, and elevated footwear

• Stylish denim (non-distressed) and coordinated outfits

Not Permitted:

• Shorts of any kind

• Ripped, distressed, or excessively baggy clothing

• Athletic wear (including sweatsuits, gym shorts, tank tops)

• Flip-flops, slides, or overly casual footwear

• Undergarments visible as outerwear

• Backpacks or oversized bags

Entry is at management’s discretion. Guests not in compliance may be denied entry.

LARGE PARTIES & EVENTS

For parties of 6 or more guests, a large party request must be submitted below for review and confirmation.

All parties over 6 guests are subject to a $100 per person minimum spend.

Additional deposits, pre-selected menus, or customized arrangements may be required.

GAIA also offers private dining and full venue buyouts for special events.

BOTTLE SERVICE & VIP COCKTAIL AREA

GAIA offers bottle service within our VIP Cocktail Area, designed for guests seeking an elevated nightlife experience.

• Minimums begin at $500 for bottle service reservations

• Tables accommodate up to 5 guests maximum

• A $150 deposit is required to secure your table and will be applied toward your final bill

• Full food menu is available within the cocktail area

• Experience includes premium seating, dedicated service, and proximity to entertainment

CELEBRATIONS

We welcome celebrations and special occasions.

Outside cakes are permitted with prior approval and are subject to a $25 per person cake-cutting fee.

Please notify our team in advance so we can best accommodate your experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• No outside wine or liquor is permitted

• GAIA transitions from a refined dining experience into a high-energy nightlife atmosphere as the evening progresses

Management reserves the right to enforce all policies to preserve the quality and ambiance of the experience.
