  • The Main Dining Room offers a refined, full-service dining experience, while the Atrium provides a more energetic lounge atmosphere with later-night programming.

  • GAIA maintains a fashion-forward, upscale dress code. Athletic wear, flip-flops, slides, and overly casual attire are not permitted. This includes sweatpants, hoodies, and certain hats. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on attire.

  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes. After this grace period, the reservation will be canceled.

  • A deposit is required for reservations of six (6) guests or more and must be paid via the payment link at the time of booking. Deposits may be applied toward your final bill or refunded after the dining experience, provided all reservation terms are met.

  • For large parties, one check is presented. Payment may be made using up to four (4) cards.

  • Live entertainment is offered weekly after 8pm on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Select brunch services, Sunday evenings, and Wednesday nights may also feature entertainment.

  • Brunch is served on Sundays until 6:00 PM. The kitchen closes at this time to prepare for dinner and reopens at 7:00 PM. The last brunch reservation is at 5:30 PM, and the dinner menu is not available during the brunch-to-dinner transition.

  • All reservations are strictly two (2) hours. Late arrivals will result in reduced dining time. Please be mindful of subsequent reservations.

  • Shisha service begins nightly at 10:00 PM in the Main Dining Room and 11:00 PM in the Atrium.

    Shisha is not available at the bar,

  • Yes. Valet parking is available for $30 per vehicle.

  • At least half of the party must be present to be seated. Late-arriving guests will not receive additional dining time.

  • Our largest standard table seats up to 10 guests. Larger groups may be accommodated based on availability and minimum spend requirements through our Large Party Request Form.

  • GAIA does not have a traditional private dining room; however, designated areas of the restaurant may be reserved for private events.

  • On peak nights (Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays):

    • Main Cocktail Lounge: $500 minimum per table (up to 5 guests)

    • Overflow Lounge Seating: $350 minimum per section (up to 4 guests)

    All other days have no minimums, unless dictated by a special event. Management reserves the right to adjust minimums at any time.

  • Yes. Happy Hour is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

  • Yes. The bar offers our full-service dining menu.

  • We do not accept same-day waitlist requests by phone. A waitlist is available in person for guests already at the restaurant, with average wait times of approximately five (5) minutes when activated. Guests may also sign up for reservation-opening alerts through our booking platform.
